No Audio
I'm new to ZevenOS. I just installed Neptune (http://neptuneos.com/en/) but I cannot get my sound working. I've used KDE before with Netrunner Arch, Manjaro and many others, the audio is working properly. But in Neptune, I just can't. I've tried the sound mixer and reconfigured the audio devices settings. Though this has been my problem every time I try a Debian-based distro.

RE: No Audio
Can you try executing the script sound-on by opening up the terminal and entering
Code:
sound-on.sh

This script should turn up and unmute the common channels on your soundcard.
If it still does not work. Please take a look manually in alsamixer and see if there is a channel that is muted or its audio volume is turned down. Try to raise the volume (arrow key up) and unmute (press m to toggle between mute/unmute)

After this it should now work. If it is still not working please give me the details of your soundcard by executing the command
Code:
inxi -v 6 | grep -i Audio -A1

Edit: Moved to the correct Neptune subforum
