Problem Install Neptune 4.4 from USB GPT UEFI
Hi,

I try to install the OS from USB but this message appear:

GNU GRUB version 2.00-13

Minimal bash-likeline editing is supported. For the first word, TAB lists possible command completion. Anywhere else TAB lists possible device or file completion.

grub>

My system:
i3 haswell
win8.1
no separate gpu
lenovo b590

How can I install neptune from USB whitout problems?
I made usb with rufus. I'll try another tool for making the usb installer.

thx

I tried another tool in stead of Rufus: Win32DiskImager-0.9.5-install
Now I intered into the usb boot menu. After selecling Neputune Live (EN) I see the neputne boot screen (grey with 5 dots in the middle) but after a couple of seconds I got the screen in attachment!

RE: Problem Install Neptune 4.4 from USB GPT UEFI
Do you have EFI activated during the boot of the live system otherwise it would try installing in Bios mode.
Is there an efi start partition marked as boot already?

I don't think it's a matter of a broken live usb system if the install worked but it isn't just booting up.
So using Rufus worked to create the live system.
However I am not sure if it copied over the efi bootloader.

So please try again with unetbootin please.
And if it is stilll not working attach the neptune-installer.log from the installed systems /var/log folder.
