i recently installed zevenos 4.0 on my new hp pavilion g6, and let me say it's nice to be able to go on the internet without having to go on the internet (to download restricted drivers)

this picture shows a couple of weird things, firstly I'm not sure what's with the icons, this always happens. as soon as i resize them, they change to what they should be.

on my old dell, this would happen when changing from laptop screen to tv screen

and i don't know if it's a bug or an incorrect setting? (where?) but the tray down the bottom should be transparent, right? maybe i havn't got optimal graphics drivers or something?

Both bugs are upstream bugs that are reported already.
The first thing is a bug in thunar. The only thing to get rid of the fallback icons is to hide the mounted drive icons from the preferences and to show them again.
