The deskbar is an application launcher with a menu and a task switcher. This is basically a replacement for the commonly known taskbar.
It has a menu button called “ZevenOS Button” which opens up the main menu with all applications avaiable on your system.

With a right click you have the option to configure some options just as editing the application menu.
Below is a clock with time and date poping up with a click or mouseover. Here you can also access your sound and network settings.
Below this you can find the quicklaunch items which consist of 4 programs which can be started with a left mouseclick. With a right click you can configure the link or have access to local or online bookmarks. This way you can also control the playback of the default shipped application.
